Near Opposites

Emery & Ruby are near opposites...& I love them both dearly.

Let me explain...

1. Emery is gentle, Ruby is rough.
2. Emery walks places, Ruby runs places.
3. Emery eats things one at a time, Ruby shoves a handful into her mouth.
4. Emery is more reserved, Ruby is a little more outrageous.
5. Emery has brown/blonde hair, Ruby has red/orange hair.
6. Emery likes her space, Ruby is okay with being smothered (by Oliver for example). 
7. Emery is motherly & likes her babies, Ruby...not so much.
8. Emery is not a big fan of swimming, Ruby is obsessed.

They do both like...

1. giving kisses
2. being in front of the camera
3. their auntie :)
4. being tickled
5. treats (what kid doesn't?)
6. looking at pictures after I have taken them (they both ask)

I know there are so many other things I could add to these lists, but I'm having a hard time thinking of them...

I love that these two are so different ~ it makes things more interesting.  

I tend to forget what my nieces & nephews were like when they were little, so this will serve as a small reminder :)
