Things to remember...

The way her legs go flying when something startles her...
Her absolute yumminess after a bath...
How she covers her face when relaxed and eating...
The way she grabs her left foot and only that foot for now...
We love you, Sawyer.

Sawyer's nap time :)

I snuck in while Sawyer was sleeping to snap a few photos and I'm so happy I did.
She's growing quickly and I want to remember as much as I can.
She honestly adds so much joy to our lives.
And I'm not lying when I say I miss her while she sleeps...

When she wakes up and the camera is in her face...

Dusty is doing airplane with her in the living room while I write this and he just told her how she makes life better...true story.

Sawyer - three months.

Sawyer - two months.

Sawyer - 10 weeks.

I cannot put into words how much we love this little girl.
She is a complete joy to be around from the instant she wakes up all the way to her bed time.
She puts a smile on our faces and makes our hearts even fuller.
We love you to the moon and back, sweet girl.

Sawyer - one month!

One month already?!
Time sure does fly when you're happy and in love.
Seeing her change just a little bit each day sure is exciting - I'm convinced that she's starting to smile when I talk to her, but it could just be a coincidence.
I like to think otherwise :)

Papa and Grandma Sue come to visit!

My mom and dad were able to come right away and meet their newest grandchild!
She was less than a week old when they arrived.
It was wonderful to have them here and Sawyer loved it as well :)

Getting in lots of snuggle time...

Dusty smoked his famous ribs and wings for us one evening...
...and we played Farkle out on the deck - fun!

All four of us contributed in the staging of the above photo...looks good, right?
And notice who won? ;)
Dad threw the chips out there in case anyone was wondering.
Above photo - Dad's idea as well :)
Can't you just feel the love?
Ha!

Dad, Dusty & I snuck away for a bit while Mom spent time with Sawyer.
The Flora-Bama was a hit!
We went there three times - listened to music, watched Big Earl and attended their church service on Sunday.
Can't beat this view while having a drink.

Thank you again to Mom and Dad for making the trip - it was really special!
